I wasn't sure if this was a TB or not when I first glanced at it. But it turned out to be and had to take it to move along. This coin is awesome to really look at. I know the picture doesn't do it any justice.
It started out in Missouri in 2006.

There is no goal for this one, so I'm assumeing it just wants to travel
all over the place.

Decided it was time to start doing Travel Bugs again. It's nice out so now I can be for sure to move them along.

Bettys goal is: To travel back to yesteryear when we were all young and fertile and still had some memory left. To travel along RTE 66 making a stop at ALL the casino's along the way.

SS2 - Game Piece 1

Current GOAL: There are 8 Shastie Stash II game pieces located in caches somewhere in the state of Michigan. Each game piece has a code word on it. Collect all 8 code words to find the location of the final cache.

I'm not exactly sure what the code word is cause this is my first game piece found.
But I'll find out soon.
I know reading some of the logs on this game piece it has taken some people like 3 years
to finish this game. It's pretty cool though, at least I can say I found the first piece and will
work on the rest of them over time.

About this item:
the bug is a 30-06 blank cartridge that was fired in a 21 gun salute for my friend gary mork,(yes that is his real name), that spent 21 years seving his country in the red horse squadron with the air force. gary succumed to cancer in november 2006 and will be very well missed.

I knew the story behind this one when I found it. So I picked it up to move along. Very nice memory!
